Many people use prepaid cell phones so that they dont need to enter expensive long term contracts with cell phone providers and so they can only put on as many minutes as they care to use.
i definitely don't think that prepaid cell phones should be banned i think there are plenty of people using them legally. I would not be against registering them somehow, just to ensure legitimacy.

The risks of putting tracking chips inside children is that it violates some privacy rights. i understand it for a young child but for teenagers it just doesn't make sense to me. kids need their privacy. I would not support a bill to have kids chipped because it should be up to the parents. There should not be government intervention in this matter. If a child was to get chipped by their parent, I think it should be removed once they move on to high school because i dont think its right for parents to know every move their child makes. kids need freedom and this will not allow them to have any freedom. I dont think its that necessary for gps shoes for seniors because if they are at that point they are likely already at a care facility but i would support it if adults wanted to get them for their parents or something.
